Job description

You will actively contribute to the smooth running of the point of sale by guaranteeing quality customer reception and ensuring a neat presentation of products.

Tasks:

• Welcome and assist customers by offering personalized service.
• Actively participate in daily operations and support the boutique team.
• Contribute to cash management and payment operations.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the sales area: product presentation and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Apply the internal procedures implemented by the company.

Profile

• Previous experience in sales is indispensable for this position.
• Knowledge in the field of watchmaking constitutes a serious asset.

Professional requirements

• You are proactive, comfortable in human relations, and demonstrate flexibility.
• You are customer-oriented and have a good listening ability.
• You have an excellent presentation and a keen sense of service.
• You have ease with administrative tasks.

Languages

• You are proficient in French and English; knowledge of another language is an asset.
