Your profile
You benefit from higher education (e.g., HES health or social, MSP) or university education (psychology or neuropsychology, for example).
You have a strong interest and significant experience in supporting people suffering from mental disorders. You possess a good knowledge of the economic fabric and its constraints.
Equipped with excellent interpersonal and writing skills and an analytical mind, you are oriented towards creative and pragmatic solutions.
You particularly appreciate network work and ensure that everyone's interests are considered in order to converge toward a common goal.
Your mission
Your role consists of reintegrating people affected in their health by defining rehabilitation strategies and guaranteeing their implementation. You collaborate with companies and service providers in the canton of Vaud, identify and develop adapted professional projects according to the legal framework and the state of health of our beneficiaries. You propose adapted measures (courses, training, reintegration, etc.) to improve their employability and write complex reports.
As a delegate for the RESSORT system, you contribute to the reintegration of people suffering from mental disorders through job-coaching for the search for and maintenance of employment or training. Integrated into the mobile psychiatric and clinical teams of the Est vaudois, this position requires great autonomy and regular travel (workplaces, employers, partner institutions, etc.).
