The main tasks ####

• Receive and personally look after customers
• Receive service and repair orders
• Plan and coordinate workshop appointments
• Create offers, orders as well as invoices
• Competently advise customers and take over administrative tasks

The requirement profile ####

• Experience in customer service and in the automotive industry
• Confident German as well as driving license of Cat. B
• Organizational talent and independent way of working
• Confident handling of PC and Office programs
• Team spirit and passion for automobiles
