As part of the development of our activities in the Lake Geneva region, we are looking for a Head Physiotherapist for our Genolier site. This position represents a unique opportunity to combine high-level clinical activity with management, strategic development, and innovation responsibilities within a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
Job Description
As Referent Physiotherapist, you will ensure the management of physiotherapy activities at the Genolier site while actively participating in patient care.
Clinical Activities
Ensure the care of outpatient and hospitalized patients.
Guarantee a level of clinical excellence and quality of care.
Manage complex clinical situations and participate in the development of multidisciplinary treatment plans.
Develop specialized expertise meeting the needs of the medical network and patients.
Ensure close coordination with doctors, surgeons, occupational therapists, and other health professionals.
Management and Leadership
Supervise, support, and develop the site's physiotherapy team.
Participate in recruitment, integration, and retention of employees.
Foster a collaborative, motivating work environment oriented towards continuous improvement.
Organize and coordinate activity to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
Identify training needs and support the professional development of the teams.
Business Development
Actively participate in defining and implementing the development strategy for MotionLab Genolier.
Develop collaborations with specialist doctors, Swiss Medical Network group clinics, and external partners.
Contribute to the creation of new services and innovative care pathways.
Promote the image and positioning of MotionLab in the region.
Participate in institutional projects aimed at strengthening the quality, efficiency, and growth of the activity.
Quality and Innovation
Define and evolve protocols, standards, and care recommendations.
Guarantee the quality and consistency of treatments delivered by the team.
Monitor performance indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
Participate in the integration of new technologies and innovative therapeutic approaches.
Qualifications
Education
Swiss physiotherapist diploma or title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
CAS, DAS, or additional training in management, leadership, or administration is an asset.
Specialized training in a clinical field (sport, musculoskeletal, neurology, pelvic-perineology, rehabilitation, manual therapies, etc.) constitutes an advantage.
Experience
Confirmed clinical experience in physiotherapy.
First experience in supervision or strong interest in managerial responsibilities.
Experience in business or project development constitutes an asset.
