Senior Specialist Billing & Data Quality – CVCS (f/h/d) at 100%,

Your mission
Analyze and validate building structures (real estate) and user groups from technical plans (sanitary / heating)
Guarantee correct modeling in the systems as well as high data quality, an essential basis for error-free cost allocations
Ensure quality control and technical validation of complex statements before sending to clients
Develop and evaluate complex counting and allocation concepts for buildings
Verify the plausibility of readings and consumption data
Perform root cause analysis in case of billing errors or data discrepancies
Analyze and optimize data flows, as well as implement quality standards and control mechanisms
Harmonize working methods and quality standards between our German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland sites.
Train and support teams on a technical level
Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes
Your qualifications
Training as a sanitary planner, heating planner or building technology planner (CVCS)
Continuing education at technician ES / federal mastery / HES engineer level, an asset
Several years of professional experience (min. 8 to 10 years) in the field of building technology (sanitary / heating / CVCS)
Experience in reading and interpreting technical plans
Experience in the field of energy and charge billing (ancillary costs) as well as with complex counting concepts in buildings
Experience in analyzing complex situations, anomalies and in process optimization
Good knowledge of SAP as well as experience with similar billing systems
Excellent knowledge of Excel and a strong affinity for data analysis and interactions between systems
Fluent German and French, both spoken and written
Analytical, structured and quality-oriented profile, with high autonomy and a good ability to assert oneself
