As part of a structuring of the team and the department, our client, a beautiful SME with several entities, is looking for a Chief Accountant for a try & hire type mission.
Chief Accountant - try & hire
Reporting to the financial director, your missions are as follows:

• Supervise all general accounting for the Swiss structure (VAT, reconciliations, ...)
• Guarantee the production of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• "Clean up" accounts and existing data when necessary
• Supervise, support and develop the skills of a small accounting team
• Ensure the quality of financial reporting, analyses and performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards and internal procedures
• Actively participate in process improvement, strengthening internal controls and transformation projects
• Preparation of audits

We are looking for:

• Confirmed experience in accounting in a multi-entity environment, ideally with time spent in a fiduciary / accounting firm
• Experience abroad will be considered if deemed relevant
• Ability to coach a small team
• Experience with an ERP such as SAP, Proconcept or Abacus is a plus
• No remote work planned except in exceptional cases, flexible hours
