Household Employee / Cook - Private UHNWI Family (Geneva, Switzerland)
Full time | Permanent contract (CDI, 100%) | External position

A prestigious private UHNWI family based in the Geneva region is looking for an experienced and highly professional Household Employee / Cook to join their domestic team. This is a fully staffed household.

Working in close collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine and reporting directly to the House Manager (the House Manager has been with the family for many years), you will play a key role in the smooth daily operation of the household kitchen.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare breakfast and lunch for the children
• Prepare lunch for the household employees (approximately 10 people)
• Maintain a clean, functional, and well-organized kitchen.
• Manage stocks and supplies, ensuring that items are always well-stocked

Candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Household Employee / Cook in UHNWI or high-standing private households
• Good knowledge of English and French
• Legal right to live and work in Switzerland or the EU
• Currently based in Switzerland or continental Europe (in-person interviews required)
• Excellent discretion, reliability, and very good organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of hygiene standards
• A sincere commitment to excellence in service

What is offered

• Very competitive salary, paid over 12 or 13 months
• Stable and long-term employment with an indefinite duration contract (CDI)
• External position
• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 07h00-16h00
• Occasional weekend flexibility required when receiving guests
