Sales Inside Service Officer

For a Switzerland-wide operating traditional company with high-quality products, we are looking for a French-speaking person in the inside service at our headquarters in Zofingen. Your tasks include telephone and written reception of customer inquiries, administrative support for field service employees, updating various documents (sales/marketing), invoicing, master data maintenance, and other general administrative tasks. Our requirements include good French language skills (you will also be supporting customers from Western Switzerland), professional experience in an administrative position, enjoyment of administrative work, enjoyment of teamwork, and a meticulous and clean working style.
