Teamleader Cyber Security

You will take over the technical and personnel leadership of a cyber security team and be responsible for security requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle of rail vehicles.

Tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of the cyber security team incl. resource planning and employee development
• Ensuring the application and further development of cyber security processes throughout the product lifecycle
• Responsibility for cyber security requirements in bidding, development, architecture, testing, and validation phases
• Management of risk analyses, zoning and security concepts as well as definition of protective measures
• Advising projects, customers, and suppliers on cyber security issues
• Ensuring compliance with standards, legal requirements, and internal guidelines
• Promoting security awareness and establishing security-by-design in engineering

Profile

• Completed studies in computer science, cyber security, electrical engineering, system engineering or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of cyber security, IT/OT security, product security, or secure software development
• Sound knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework as well as security-by-design
• Experience in threat modeling, risk analyses, and security assessments
• Leadership experience or demonstrable suitability for technical and personnel team leadership
• Experience in dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in international projects
• Very good communication skills in German and English
