Company Description As a solid healthcare institution Operating Room Technician (TSO) - 60 % Company Description As a healthcare institution firmly established in its region, the Réseau de l'Arc offers comprehensive medical care to its patients. The network includes two hospital sites in Moutier and Saint-Imier as well as nine Medicentres, including the Medicentre de Bienne. Its offering is completed by an ambulance service, two medico-social institutions (EMS), two radiology institutes, a center for physical and cognitive therapies, as well as a home hospitalization service. The Medicentre de Bienne brings together general practitioners and specialists practicing independently, who collaborate interdisciplinarily within a team. It also includes an ambulatory surgery center as well as a Walk-In Clinic welcoming patients without an appointment. In order to strengthen our operating block team, we are looking for, for our Bienne site, an Operating Room Technician (TSO) at 60 %, currently for the fields of ophthalmology and hand surgery. Other specialties are under development. The main place of activity is located in Bienne. Depending on organizational needs, interventions at other hospital sites of the Réseau de l'Arc may also be requested. Job Description Diploma as an Operating Room Technician (TSO), specialized nurse in operative care (IDDO) or equivalent recognized training. Excellent organizational skills as well as a rigorous and conscientious working method. Team spirit, autonomy and ability to define priorities. Strong patient orientation and acute sense of service. Very good knowledge of French and German, or excellent mastery of one of the two languages and good professional knowledge of the other. Availability to work, if necessary, at other hospital sites of the Réseau de l'Arc. Qualifications Diploma as an Operating Room Technician (TSO), specialized nurse in operative care (IDDO) or equivalent recognized training. Excellent organizational skills, rigor and sense of responsibility. Team spirit, autonomy and ability to manage priorities. Thanks to your experience, you demonstrate a strong patient orientation as well as an excellent sense of service. Very good knowledge of French and German, or excellent mastery of one of the two languages and good professional knowledge of the other. Availability to intervene occasionally at our other hospital sites according to needs.
