The mobile crushing and screening plants of the brand GIPO, manufactured in Seedorf, are sold worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced and resilient personality for the position of:
Specialist Technical Documentation 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
You are responsible for the complete standards management, its maintenance, and the associated certifications. You also assist in organizing customer safety training and prepare the corresponding documentation.
A further focus of your activity is the entire area of after-sales services. This includes, among other things:
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (operating instructions, spare parts catalog, etc.) Maintenance and further development of the CAD/ERP system (Inventor + AMS)
Administration and further development of the Online Service Portal (E-Shop/E-Service)
Assistance with AI projects as well as support in the area of AVOR is also part of the versatile area of responsibility.
What you bring with you
Completed basic technical training (designer, mechanic or similar) with a Swiss federal certificate of proficiency (eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis) Further training as a technician HF or similar is desired, as well as several years of professional experience in this field
A strong flair for technical documentation and enjoyment of analytical work
Teamwork skills as well as a structured, entrepreneurial way of working
Quick comprehension
Business fluent German in speaking and writing is an advantage
