Whether it is choosing the right investment solution or financing their own home: you stand by our customers in realizing their dreams. Have an open ear for their needs, empathize with their life situation, and thus find the optimal solution - personally and in partnership. In doing so, you can combine the best from our broad range of insurance and banking.

• You competently and according to needs accompany our customers in the individual private client segment in the areas of liquidity management, pension planning, wealth, and financing. You integrate insurance services and services from our partnerships into your overall advisory, always in close interaction with your colleagues from the bank and the insurance.
• You consistently implement the market development defined in the team with much energy and passion; this in the region Olten/Solothurn/Seeland
• You develop your own client book in cooperation with the insurance.
• You recognize potentials that you exploit yourself or also pass on to our Private Bankers for further care.

What you bring ##

• Completed banking training and/or further education in the banking or financial sector
• Business administration further education is an advantage, e.g., Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft or Fachhochschule
• At least 3-5 years of experience in advisory in the banking or financial sector
• SAQ certification (Individual Client Advisor profile)
• Willingness to travel: You meet with colleagues as well as customers at the various agencies or at the customers' homes
• Networking in the region: Your relationship network in the region helps you.
• Very good oral and written expression in the German and French languages.
