The foundation is committed to people with severe multiple impairments, especially for people with increased care and structural needs. The location in Fehraltdorf is one of three institutions of the foundation and accompanies and promotes 72 children and adolescents with intensive care, support, and/or structural needs between the ages of 4 - 18. Their offering includes school, living, and therapy.

Job Description ##

• Care of 8-14 residents (children and adolescents)
• Care, support, accompaniment, and promotion according to individual needs during the night shift
• Implementation of the care process

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Social Pedagogue FH/HF
• Experience in the care and accompaniment of people on the autism spectrum
• Empathy and joy in dealing with people.
• Strong social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
