As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager, capable of taking the reins of large-scale construction projects and bringing them to completion with excellence, leadership, and passion.

Your role:

As a true conductor of the project, you are responsible for the complete management of your mandates, from their launch to their finalization.

Your main responsibilities:

Steer construction projects from A to Z
Ensure monitoring of deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
Effectively coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Anticipate potential challenges and implement effective solutions
Guarantee the proper execution and success of projects
Optimize processes and ensure fluid communication between the different stakeholders

Your profile: a seasoned professional

Training in civil engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field
Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in construction project management
Proven and recent experience as a Project Manager
Natural leadership and the ability to unite teams
Organization, rigor, and an excellent sense of responsibility
Good mastery of planning tools
Good knowledge of the Swiss construction market
Very good knowledge of the Fribourg economic fabric and its actors

This position is exclusively addressed to professionals who have already held a function as a Project Manager in the field of construction or architecture and wish to take on a new challenge.
