You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Cargo Import & Export activities, both in the warehouse and in the office, while guaranteeing operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your missions * Supervise the organization of daily operations by collaborating with Supervisors and Team Leaders; * Be responsible for the quality, safety, and security of operations; * Manage / analyze malfunctions and seek appropriate solutions; * Control the adequacy of services with customer expectations and communicate proactively with them to ensure optimal resource management; * Measure and monitor operational performance to ensure the best possible productivity; * Supervise warehouse and office employees (monitoring working time, evaluations, motivation, and team animation); * Communicate daily with other Duty Officers, Department Heads, Supervisors and ensure that the required information is properly transmitted to agents; * Ensure compliance with operational requirements (procedures, quality standards, of airlines and subcontractors; * Establish and control applicable procedures and standards; * Coordinate the department's skills development plan in collaboration with the Cargo Manager and ensure the follow-up of employees with the Training department; * In the absence of the Cargo Manager GVA, resolve daily problems and make necessary decisions while evaluating the urgency of the situation, in collaboration with the other Duty Officers of the department; * Manage relations with the various authorities and/or local instances (customs, veterinary service...) in collaboration with the Cargo Manager; * Participate in customer and subcontractor Audits. Your profile * Proven experience in logistics and team management; * Good knowledge of Cargo service operations; * Decision-making ability and spirit of initiative; * Listening and communication skills; * Fluent mastery of French; * Very good mastery of English; * Ease with computer systems; * Flexibility; * Good resistance to stress; * Good management of time and priorities; * Respect for confidentiality; * Keen sense of Responsibility; * You embody the five leadership principles of dnata: developing talent, fostering success, taking responsibility for your actions, leading by example, and communicating effectively.
