You provide practical training to FaGe and AGS learners, according to current professional standards, including learning process support and qualification. In the daily nursing routine of the residential group, you work actively, including taking over shift responsibility. You participate actively in career choice weeks and learning days. As an expert, you examine learners during the qualification procedure (practical final examination). With appropriate qualification, you additionally accompany HF students in the residential group (additional training is financed by us). Your profile You bring professional skill and joy in working with learners. Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit FaGe with eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis or as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (or equivalently recognized diploma). Further training as Berufsbildner/in or willingness to complete it (possible from 2 years of professional experience as FaGe). You work independently and also take responsibility for your decisions in demanding situations. You maintain an overview of the training status and next steps even with several learners at the same time. You are confident in using our digital tools for nursing documentation and nursing planning (careCoach). Joy in practical nursing and training work with weekend shifts.
