• Management of proceedings in assigned child and adult protection cases
• Carrying out own investigations and issuing investigation orders
• Personal hearing of the affected persons and other involved persons
• Representing the intended decision in the interdisciplinary authority
• Supervision of the implementation of the measure by the legal representative
• Participation in projects regarding child and adult protection

What you bring with you ###

• Master in Law or training in Social Work (FH), CAS in child and adult protection law is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the field of child and adult protection law
• Good communicative as well as editorial skills, solution-oriented thinking and action
• High empathy towards people in difficult life situations
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as teamwork
