The Parascolaire structure of Béthusy is looking for the person who will come to complete its team. Located above the Ours metro stop, the parascolaire welcomes a community of children aged 10 to 14 daily. Through your commitment, your sense of responsibility, and your team spirit, you will contribute to the implementation of pedagogical projects as well as to the development of activities promoting the autonomy, socialization, and inclusion of children. You will join a dynamic structure, currently engaged in the pilot project on the management of lunchtime break times, and actively participate in its evolution. In full expansion, the Domaine parascolaire seeks to equip itself with committed and creative people in order to develop the mission of this recent field of social work. The implementation of collective projects, the development of partnerships with stakeholders around the children, reflection, and the team-based constitution of pedagogical projects are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily reception of the group of children. We are recruiting for the 2026 school year, an early childhood educator or a socio-cultural worker to complete the team. Missions ##### • Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical concept while maintaining the global vision • Accompany the group of children in the accomplishment of daily activities as well as in the completion of their school homework and promote their autonomy • Propose an individualized support approach in connection with the skills to be developed or the needs of the child • Participate in the general organization of the structure • Assume specific administrative tasks • Propose, manage, and document projects involving several internal and external stakeholders • Include the various stakeholders in the reception and education of the group of children Profile ##### • Title of early childhood educator (HES or ES) or socio-cultural worker (HES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on childcare (LAJE) • Complementary training as a practical trainer or professional practice trainer, an asset • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a community of children • Good knowledge of collective reception venues and group dynamics • Team spirit, comfortable in exchanges with parents • Autonomy and responsible attitude • Analytical and synthesis skills, ability to propose solutions as well as improvements • Capacity to document one's activity and that of the group of children • Able to develop a participatory process within one's team and within the community of children Taux d'activité ##### 60-70% Salary class ##### 7 Special conditions ##### clean criminal records (ordinary and special) Split shifts from Monday to Friday Contract with activities during school holidays (70%) Contract without activities during school holidays, based on the annualization of working time (60%) Start date ##### 10.08.2026 or to be agreed Please send us your application and the usual documents by 27.07.2026 via the online form.
