As a central interface and project manager, you will drive forward future-oriented projects, promote agile collaboration and coordinate internal teams as well as external partners. Your tasks Online shop & content management Operational maintenance: You are responsible for the daily support, maintenance and continuous optimization of our online shop. Assortment design: You maintain the product range, manage product images and control content management. Process monitoring: You monitor and optimize the entire ordering process for a smooth customer experience. Online marketing & campaigns Campaign control: You plan, organize and analyze performance marketing campaigns via SEO, SEA, newsletter and social media. Revenue growth: You further develop the E-Commerce strategy to sustainably increase revenue and conversion rates. Smart Workflow: You actively integrate AI tools such as Claude Code into your daily work routine to increase efficiency. Web Analytics & Data-Driven Marketing Tracking setup: You take over the setup, maintenance and further development of tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Data-based decisions: You analyze and interpret complex data streams as a foundation for strategic business decisions. Project management & interface function Project management: You take over the independent management and control of E-Commerce projects from conception to successful rollout. Coordination & interface: You act as a central interface between internal departments and external service providers and keep all threads together. Agile collaboration: You promote agile cooperation between business and IT, also in future-oriented IT and AI projects. Process automation: As project management, you accompany the automation of internal processes in development and marketing. Your skills and talents Professional qualifications Professional experience: Several years of experience in E-Commerce or online shop management as well as in the control of online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, newsletter) Data & analytics expertise: Confident handling of web analytics tools, in particular sound knowledge in the setup and maintenance of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. AI & automation: Initial practical experience in the use and integration of AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Claude Code or similar systems) for process automation. Interface experience: Provable experience in working at the interface between business and IT as well as in dealing with external service providers. Agile methods: Familiarity with agile working methods and project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Personal strengths Communication strength: With your bridge-building manner, you translate complex technical topics understandably for the business. Analytical foresight: You love numbers and possess the ability to derive clear, strategic recommendations for action from data.
