Area of responsibility

• Independent programming, setup and running-in of our 5-axis milling machine Unisign Unipent 4000, Siemens 840D control
• If necessary, turning operations on a lathe with Heidenhain control
• Monitoring of ongoing production
• Ensuring and optimizing quality specifications
• As the apprentice supervisor, you are responsible for the practical training of the apprentice in the company

Qualifications

• Completed training as Polymechaniker / CNC-Mechaniker
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines required
• Experience with CNC lathes an advantage
• Experience with the Siemens 840D control required
• Experience with Mastercam and the Heidenhein TNC 640 control an advantage
• High quality awareness, sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
• Flexibility, teamwork, patience, empathy and strong communication skills in dealing with young adults
