For our client, a technically oriented company with customer-specific manufacturing solutions, we are looking for an organizationally strong and technically proficient personality who enjoys coordinating orders while simultaneously implementing their own designs.

The versatile function combines production planning and preparation (AVOR) and production planning with around 50 % design/construction. You ensure that technical orders are cleanly prepared, implemented on schedule, and prepared in an understandable manner for production. At the same time, you contribute your CAD knowledge to the development and adaptation of individual solutions.

Your task ##

• Technical processing and coordination of incoming customer orders
• Planning and preparation of manufacturing orders for internal production
• Creating and adapting 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings
• Elaborating manufacturing documents and production-relevant documentation
• Checking technical requirements and clarifying open points
• Creating and maintaining bills of materials and order-related data
• Coordination of material, deadlines, and internal production steps
• Coordination with production, purchasing, and other internal contact persons
• Accompanying orders from technical clarification to completion
• Supporting the optimization of workflows and production processes
• Collaboration on customer-specific technical solutions
• Step-by-step assumption of more customer contact and technical clarifications
• With appropriate development, assumption of own projects and additional responsibility

Your profile ##

• Completed basic technical training, for example as a designer, polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or comparable
• Experience in AVOR, production preparation, technical administration, or construction
• Good knowledge of a 3D CAD system, ideally SolidWorks
• Technical understanding and good spatial imagination
• Strong organizational talent and enjoyment in coordinating various tasks
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Ability to set priorities and process multiple orders simultaneously
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different areas
• Practice-oriented and solution-oriented way of thinking
• Interest in developing professionally and taking on more responsibility in the future
• Fluent German skills
