Responsibilities: Support of our property managers in daily work General support of tenants and condominium owners Handling of the entire rental process including: apartment viewings, acceptances and handovers of properties, concluding rental agreements, etc. Maintaining property accounting, payment control and collection of rent and STWEG contributions Taking minutes at STWEG meetings General internal company and customer-, property-related administrative work in the back office Qualifications: Completed training as a real estate administrator Several years of professional experience Good communication skills, oral and written Very good knowledge of the German language, written and oral Confident and well-groomed appearance High degree of personal responsibility and independent working, precise way of working, networked way of thinking, independent, stress-resistant, resilient, solution-oriented Knowledge of the management software ImmoTop resp.
