Real Estate Administrator

We are looking for a Real Estate Administrator to strengthen our property management team, effective immediately. We are a locally based real estate management company in the Zurzach district and manage condominium owners' associations as well as rental properties. Responsibilities:

• Support for our property managers in daily work
• General support for tenants and condominium owners
• Handling of the entire rental process including: apartment viewings, inspections and handovers of properties, concluding rental agreements, etc.
• Maintaining real estate accounting, payment control, and collection of rent and STWEG contributions
• Minute-taking at STWEG meetings
• General internal company and customer-, property-related administrative work in the back office

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a Real Estate Administrator
• Several years of professional experience
• Good communication skills, oral and written
• Very good knowledge of the German language, written and oral
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• High degree of personal responsibility and independent working, precise way of working, networked thinking, independent, stress-resistant, resilient, solution-oriented
• Knowledge of the management software ImmoTop or ImmoTop2 would be an advantage
