For a home group with around 500 employees in the Lucerne area we are looking for you Your tasks You contribute to a high degree to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support on a daily basis You assist with the daily care of our residents You participate in reports, team meetings and further training You recognize and master emergency situations You create nursing documentation and the individual nursing plan Our requirements You are interested in the rehabilitative approach according to the psychobiographical nursing model. You have professional nursing training (FAGE, FABE with treatment nursing, DNI, DNII, HF etc.) You are enthusiastic and enjoy a meaningful everyday life and professional routine. You are ready to engage with normality-preserving impulses through cooking, washing, supervising and caring. You can further develop your potential in specialist and/or interest groups. You show a willingness for self-reflection, to learn from it and you recognize new potentials.
