Would you like to bring your service orientation and your administrative talent to our HR department? As an HR Clerk, you will take on a central role within our HR team. HR Clerk Your future main tasks: * You take responsibility for the administrative processing of all personnel changes. * You process the time recording and personnel information system and support our employees and managers in its use. * You take care of correct notifications to social and personnel insurance, residence permits and electronic filing. * As a practical trainer for our KV apprentices in HR, you make an important contribution to vocational training. * You support the HR team in administrative HR matters, in the organization of events and actively participate in the KVP. Your ideal requirements: * You have a commercial basic training EFZ and initial professional experience in personnel administration. * You convince with your good PC user skills and an analytical nature. * You recognize connections and are a reliable, proactive and uncomplicated person who identifies with our H-U-G values.
