Your tasks:
Timely recording, checking, and processing of insurance and investment fund applications according to defined standards as well as in compliance with the required quality specifications
Quality control and ensuring correct contract processing in the area of Contracts
Contact and cooperation with wealth advisors, internal specialist departments, and product partners
Telephone and written provision of information for general questions and concerns regarding the area of Contracts
Support in process optimizations and active participation in the further development of internal processes
Assumption of administrative tasks as well as general support of the team in daily business
Your profile:
Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable further education
Initial practical professional experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Certification as a VBV insurance intermediary or the willingness and motivation to obtain this qualification with us
Strong communication skills as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation
Very good MS Office user knowledge
Fluent German as well as good French and/or Italian skills
Independent, reliable, and careful way of working with a high quality awareness, teamwork skills, and a quick grasp of matters
