These are your tasks
Processing customer inquiries from quotation creation to delivery
Creation of offers for electricity meters for self-consumption associations for self-consumption optimizations and for charging stations in the E-Mobility area
Creation of monitoring offers (e.g., Minergie-Monitoring, 2000 Watt Areal Monitoring)
Support of our energy advisors active in the field
Collaboration in the creation of offers based on tenders for total solutions with electricity, heat, and domestic water meters
Telephone and written contact with customers, especially with technicians and installers
Tracking delivery dates of customer orders
Creation of technical documentation
What you bring with you
You have basic training as a skilled electrician and further training in the commercial field or experience in office work
A confident handling of MS-Office
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
good to very good Italian skills
You are interested in renewable energies and new technologies
You like to help customers such as technicians further
A good ability to grasp things characterizes you
You like to work independently and purposefully
