These activities will inspire you Professionally organize courses: From planning to follow-up, you coordinate our continuing education and ensure a smooth process. Targeted quality development: You evaluate evaluations, recognize potential for improvement and specifically incorporate the findings into our course offering. Help shape digital learning formats: You support specialists in developing e-learning courses and new learning formats and translate suitable ideas into attractive learning offers. Connect team & knowledge: Working closely with the team, you work on projects and common tasks, support implementation and ensure that knowledge and experience are shared and made usable for the organization. What distinguishes you Experience in the organization of continuing education, courses or projects and enjoyment in reliably bringing together different tasks. A structured, independent and service-oriented way of working – even when several topics are running simultaneously. Interest in adult education and digital forms of learning as well as confident handling of digital work tools. Experience in knowledge management is a plus. Clear and friendly communication with different stakeholders as well as very good German and good English.
