You can also find the full list of our global benefits at: Your tasks: Technical and organizational management of the Workshop IH-Pharma H23 according to company and workshop strategy Ensuring efficient, timely, and economical order processing Leadership, development, and deployment planning of employees including apprentices and external resources, as well as responsibility for compliance with all safety regulations Budget responsibility as well as management and monitoring of the associated cost centers Ensuring the operation, maintenance, and continuous further development of the workshop infrastructure Initiation and implementation of KVP and optimization projects including analysis of existing processes and introduction of new standards, technologies, and working methods Documentation, evaluation, and presentation of projects as well as active participation in cross-departmental decision-making processes Deputizing for the Head Workshops & Standards as well as participation in strategic meetings and in cross-departmental coordination Ensuring cooperation and communication between workshop groups as well as with interfaces such as Engineering, Production, EHS, and HR Participation in authority, customer, and quality audits as well as coordination of external service providers and suppliers Your profile: Completed technical training with further education in leadership or project management Several years of experience in workshop management or maintenance Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Willingness for continuous further training Experience in the implementation of optimization projects High level of initiative, resilience, and team orientation German language skills in speaking and writing, English language skills are an advantage Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people every day.
