Are you looking for an exciting and varied position in the field of debt collection? Do you enjoy contact with customers and varied work, mainly within the internal service? Then you have come to the right place.

Your tasks

• Establishment of legal decisions and calculation of the minimum subsistence level
• Contact with customers at the counter and by telephone (debtors and creditors, employers, etc.)
• Processing of requisitions to continue the debt collection
• Preparation of copies of minutes, establishment of related decisions
• Decision on certificate of loss (acte de défaut de biens) 115 or 149 LP, establishment

Your profile

• Initial training as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Very good oral and written expression in French (mother tongue) and in German (at least B1)
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and organization
• Self-confidence and ability to assert oneself
• Driver's license and motorized vehicle for external service
• Good reputation (no debt collection proceedings)
