OPERATOR PILOT

Shift work in 2 or 3 teams according to the production plan

DESIRED PROFILE

• Technical CFC preferred or training deemed equivalent.
• Particular knowledge: basic IT tools (Word, SAP, Excel, Access..).
• Ability to perform various tasks related to the chemical industry: assembly, disassembly and cleaning of manufacturing elements (pump, valve, pipelines, -),
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly
• Strong technical orientation
• Ability to generate process improvement ideas
• Ability to integrate into the team

MAIN TASKS

• Guarantee the optimal operation of the manufacturing installation and the maintenance of a handwritten protocol of the different points of the prescription
• Collect control samples reliably
• Apply safety instructions and respect manufacturing prescriptions and directives
• Support the technical agent of the pilot in the training of new associates, temporary employees and apprentices.
• Be able to start and stop the installations
• Enter faulty points into the fault management system (SAP).
• Participate in the commissioning of an installation with the various resulting tests
• Perform TQM tests on temperature and pressure measurements.
