• Initiate suitable measures within the framework of debt collection (extrajudicial and legal)
• Elaborate payment proposals; conclude installment agreements as well as assess restructuring and deferral requests
• Independently create definitive and provisional legal openings for all administrative units in French, German and Italian
• Written and telephone contact with debtors, authorities and authorized third parties
• Participate in internal project groups

• Commercial training and several years of experience in debt collection
• Good knowledge of debt enforcement law (SchKG)
• Independent, exact and responsible way of working
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and resilience
• Analytical thinking as well as clear goal and result orientation
• Very good knowledge of two official languages, good knowledge of the third official language
