Head of Facilities Management 80-100%

What awaits you:
? Buildings & Infrastructure: You ensure that our buildings, facilities and playgrounds remain well-maintained, safe and functional.
? Technology & Maintenance: You look after our technical systems such as heating, ventilation and fire alarm systems and also keep an eye on water, gas and electricity.
? Surroundings & Repairs: You roll up your sleeves for outdoor work and minor repairs and organize appropriate support if necessary.
? Organization & Maintenance: You manage the locking system, take care of repairs to furniture and equipment and coordinate necessary replacements and new procurements.
? Craftsmen & Specialist Companies: You coordinate external specialists, obtain quotes and supervise repairs as well as replacements and new procurements.

• Responsibility & Overview: You recognize where action is needed, set the right priorities and ensure that everything runs smoothly in and around the building.

What you bring with you:

-- Completed manual or technical vocational training or comparable qualification
-- Sound technical knowledge in technical maintenance as well as strong manual skills
-- Experience in building maintenance and in handling technical systems is an advantage
-- Driver's license category B
-- Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1)
-- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
-- High sense of responsibility and safety awareness as well as strong organizational skills
-- Networked, systemic and entrepreneurial thinking with regard to the foundation and its organization
-- Reliability, flexibility and resilience
-- Service-oriented appearance and joy in collaborating with internal and external contact persons
