Your Field of Activity ##
- Directing and monitoring train traffic on our entire Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn network from Zermatt to Disentis
- Ensuring the transport chain of our customers in case of disruptions or incidents and initiating necessary immediate measures
- Ensuring customer information with modern tools
- Updating vehicle rotations in RailOpt for operational purposes
Your Profile ##
- Completed at least a 3-year EFZ training or Matura and willingness to be trained for the role of train dispatcher
- Strong resilience and flexibility to remain calm and maintain overview even in hectic situations
- Irregular working hours and weekend shifts are seen as an opportunity for flexible leisure time
