The Business Unit Swatch is responsible for the development, production, assembly and delivery of watch heads for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands. Become part of our multicultural team and help shape the future of innovative and high-quality products as Your future areas of responsibility ## • Assembly and disassembly of injection molding tools   • Analyze injection molding tools and decide independently on further action  • Perform maintenance work on injection molding tools (cleaning, repairing and correcting)  • Manufacture replacement and wear parts for injection molding tools  • Manufacture mold inserts and individual components for existing or new tools  • Process technical changes  • Perform work mainly in the 1000th range  • Provide technical support in various projects related to optimization and innovation  • Perform conventional work (drilling, milling, turning, surface grinding & laser welding)  • Communicate and meet deadlines  • Ensure part quality and quantity when performing tasks  • Decide independently whether a tool is production-ready and take responsibility   • Report deviations and irregularities to the supervisor   Your skills and competencies ## • Completed training as a toolmaker EFZ or polymechanic EFZ • Several years of professional experience in mold making Experience in the plastics sector is an advantage • Decision-making and action ability  Great flexibility  Teamwork   Communication and conflict skills  Assertiveness  Systematic approach    Working conditions with  severe  impairments or  increased physical  strain?  Wearing safety shoes   Languages ## Very good German and/or French language skills with good knowledge of  the respective other language, English language skills are an advantage What we offer you ## An exciting work environment in a company that is constantly evolving and offers numerous benefits: • Diverse opportunities for further training • Internal mobility with attractive career prospects • Five or six weeks of vacation per year (depending on age and/or function) • 40-hour week according to GAV • Attractive salary policy and good social benefits • Three weeks of paternity leave for fathers and up to 19 weeks for mothers • Company restaurant • Discounts on Swatch Group products and other partner companies • Sports activities and company events • Participation in health insurance Ready for the next step? ## Tell us what excites you.
