In our postnatal department, you lead a motivated team, accompany newly formed families through a significant phase of their lives, and actively contribute to the development of the department. With approximately 800 births per year, we are among the most important birth clinics in the region.

We are looking for a committed and responsible person for the position of deputy head of department within a stable team, in order to actively develop the world of birth in collaboration with the delivery room. In addition to mothers in postnatal care, you also take charge of surgical patients.

YOUR TASKS

• You support the department management in professional, personal, and organizational aspects
• You assume responsibility in the absence of the department management
• You are present in daily care, support your team professionally, and accompany employees as well as trainees
• You identify potential for development and optimization and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes
• You contribute to shaping the future of care, notably in close collaboration with the delivery room

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a registered nurse HF/FH (DNII, AKP) with several years of experience in postnatal care
• You have training in leadership or are willing to undergo it
• You work in a structured manner, think in an interconnected way, and have economic understanding
• You are resilient, responsible, and have good communication skills
• Thanks to your respectful attitude, you succeed in leading and inspiring employees, patients, and doctors on an equal footing
