As part of the development of our agency in Yverdon-les-Bains, we are looking for a Personnel Consultant to strengthen our presence across all sectors of activity in Nord vaudois. This role combines recruitment, business development, and support for companies

Job Description ###

Your mission :

• Develop and retain a portfolio of companies in the Nord vaudois region
• Actively prospect new clients and identify their recruitment needs
• Detect placement opportunities in the industry, watchmaking, logistics, administration, construction, technical, and service sectors
• Ensure complete management of recruitment mandates for permanent and temporary positions
• Search for, select, and evaluate candidates, notably through in-depth interviews
• Present the best profiles to our clients and ensure recruitment follow-up
• Support temporary employees throughout their missions
• Advise clients on labor market realities, salaries, and suitable recruitment solutions
• Negotiate commercial conditions and develop lasting relationships with partner companies
• Actively participate in the development and visibility of the agency

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Experience in recruitment, personnel placement, service sales, or a similar function
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong interest in human contact
• True commercial temperament, oriented towards results and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Good knowledge of the economic fabric of Nord vaudois
• Ability to evolve in a dynamic environment and manage multiple mandates simultaneously
• Perfect mastery of French, any other language being an asset
• Ease with standard IT tools
• Autonomous, proactive, organized, and persevering personality
• Driver's license indispensable
