What you achieve ## • Assessment of risks in the areas: UVG, UVG supplemental insurance, collective daily sickness insurance, as well as individual accident and individual health insurance • Analysis of loss patterns, industry risks, and portfolio data. • Carrying out health and risk assessments. • Determination of acceptance guidelines, coverages, and conditions. • Technical support/consulting and training of your own distribution channel • Analysis and support of sales and general agencies for complex customer solutions • Approval and calculation of offers, premiums, and contract conditions • Contract adjustments and mutations • Preparation and implementation of portfolio measures • Processing of salary declarations and premium statements • Consulting on products and underwriting guidelines • Participation in product and process improvements What you bring ## • University/University of Applied Sciences, degree as insurance specialist or comparable insurance-technical training • French (native language), additionally good German skills desired, other languages optional • Several years of insurance experience in underwriting of life and health insurance (preferably accident/health) is a prerequisite • Good knowledge and experience in all topics of social insurance • Negotiation skills • Customer orientation • Independent way of working • High resilience and decision-making ability • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
