To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented person with an entrepreneurial mindset as a Store Manager at Thömus AG.

Your tasks - You make things move:

• You lead your team of salespersons and service employees so that every customer receives exactly the bicycle that corresponds to their individual needs and requirements.
• You ensure that our sales area looks like a modern meeting place for cyclists - inspiring, high-quality, and well-maintained.
• Listen, reflect, recommend the right bike - that is exactly your thing! As the best salesperson of the branch, you motivate your entire team to go the extra mile in sales.
• You develop smart sales strategies for your region and ensure that our turnover and budget objectives are not only met, but exceeded.
• Whether for advice, returns, or complaints: you always find the solution that truly helps the clientele, combining empathy and professionalism, and making our after-sales service a real asset.
• You keep an eye on your key performance indicators and derive clear measures to achieve the objectives.

Your profile - what you bring:

• You have a completed training as a retail specialist CFC or an equivalent qualification.
• You have completed the professional trainer course or are ready to do so.
• You are used to leading a team.
• Your strength lies in communication; you are a team player with a practical mentality, even in stressful phases.
• As a communicative and leading personality, you demonstrate initiative and a sharp sense of quality.
• Your pronounced passion for bicycles and your professional attitude make you the ideal interlocutor in the store.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation, are an active sportsman, and enjoy selling high-quality bicycles and suitable accessories.
• You are an excellent host for our customers and share the joy of cycling with them.
