To strengthen our team in the Bread & Pastry sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed person to join us immediately, for a fixed term, until 31.12.2026, at the Genève site, as a Supermarket Associate, 50%.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the preparation of lunch menus, salads and soups.
• You ensure the preparation, freshness and quality of the products.
• You conduct sales conversations and advise our demanding customers with competence and friendliness.
• You carry out weekly promotions in an autonomous and reliable manner.
• You organize the sales area by setting seasonal priorities.
• You verify that the sales stands are complete and clean.
• You create an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with our concept.
• You systematically respect the prescribed hygiene rules.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or catering.
• You already have professional experience in an equivalent activity.
• You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and you keep your calm and an overview in busy situations.
• You exude positive energy and have a neat appearance.
• You have a reliable, meticulous and autonomous working style.
• You have a strong affinity for Food products and sustainability.
• You can adapt your availability according to the schedule.
• You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
