Inspiring Young Minds - Shaping the Future of Education
The Kids Residence Early Academy has stood for over ten years for high-quality early childhood education with a bilingual and open-minded approach. Our Academy combines sound pedagogy, creativity, movement and bilingual instruction into a holistic educational experience. The curriculum is based on Lehrplan 21 and our own EarlySteps program, which encourages children to research curiously, think critically and develop their individual talents. Your tasks

Leadership and inspiration of the Pre-Kindergarten class (2-3.5 years)
Design of learning moments according to our demanding early intervention curriculum «EarlySteps»
Implementation of projects that make children marvel, encourage questioning and make their individual strengths visible
Professional observation and documentation of child development
Trustful cooperation with parents and the international faculty
Your profile

Completed and recognized socio-pedagogical or pedagogical training at the level of Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung (FaBe), Höhere Fachschule (HF) or Bachelor.
Additional qualification Montessori or comparable desired
German as a native language and good English skills
Passion for holistic, inquiry-based education
Creativity, initiative and joy in helping to shape an innovative pedagogical concept
