Technical Customer Advisor in Sales Back Office (a)

What I move

• You support and advise our customers in French-speaking Switzerland technically and commercially via various communication channels and develop tailor-made sensor solutions with real added value.
• You create customized offers, follow them up consistently, and accompany inquiries until the successful conclusion of the order.
• You coordinate technical issues with internal specialist departments and ensure efficient and customer-oriented processing.
• You develop new business opportunities, actively follow up on leads, and work closely with marketing to specifically drive market development and growth.

What it takes

• You have a basic technical training as an electronics technician, automation technician, multimedia electronics technician, building services technician, or in a comparable environment, supplemented by technical or business-related further education (e.g., Technical Merchant, FH, HF).
• You bring experience as a Technical Customer Advisor or in a comparable function and know how to convey technical solutions in a customer-oriented manner.
• You communicate fluently in German and French and move confidently in a professional customer environment.
• You convince with a proactive, communicative, and independent way of working and recognize opportunities before others see them.

With us, collaboration takes place where ideas arise: together on-site. We are convinced that good leadership, team spirit, and quick decisions work best when you can exchange ideas personally. That is why we deliberately rely on 100% work in the company - for close cooperation, short paths, and a lively corporate culture. In exceptional cases (e.g., visiting a craftsman, doctor's appointment, government office, etc.), it is of course possible to work from home occasionally.
