Storekeeper for spare parts warehouse with purchasing experience Tasks: • Processing of orders • Obtaining and comparing offers as well as checking prices and availability • Conducting price negotiations with suppliers • Monitoring delivery dates • Goods receipt, storage as well as maintenance of master data • Ensuring spare parts availability in the central warehouse • Supporting production with technical questions • Independent handling of disposition and processing correspondence • Carrying out procurement trips Requirements: • Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training in technical purchasing • Initial experience in technical purchasing desirable • Good IT skills (ideally MS -Office, SAP) • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings • Independent, systematic and quality-conscious way of working • Team player, strong communication skills as well as resilience and sense of responsibility • Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English an advantage
