Technical manager (80% to 100%)

The Service des gérances manages and enhances the real estate assets and property of the Ville de Lausanne. It implements housing policy in response to the current and future needs of the population as well as municipal policy regarding public establishments. The Service des gérances focuses on the management of the Ville's real estate assets as well as those of third-party entities.

Main mission(s)

Monitor the condition of buildings and organize all maintenance work relating to the portfolio of real estate objects under management

Ensure investment credits and framework credits

Ensure and direct all services related to the commissioning of work, directly or with mandate holders: definition of the program, preliminary project, final project, execution, planning and financial monitoring

Perform surveys and drawings of plans for real estate objects as well as redevelopment projects

Participate in energy renovation projects for the Ville's assets

Design and implement projects respecting the imperatives of sustainable development

Profile

ES technician diploma in building technology, required

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar function

Professional experience in works management and Facility Management

Professional experience in the creation of project plans and technical drawings

Experience in a real estate agency, an asset

Good knowledge of public procurement

Knowledge of sustainable development in connection with construction

Interest and knowledge of the functioning of a public administration

Good knowledge of MS Office tools and mastery of Autocad and Revit

Excellent sense of organization and priorities

Proactivity and results orientation

Excellent negotiation skills
