What awaits you? ##

• Support for Private Client advisors for the processing of financing requests
• Processing of financing requests for wealth management clients
• External coordination, in particular with clients and notaries
• Internal coordination, in particular with advisors, credit analysts, and credit administration
• Visiting real estate properties
• Participation in complex interviews
• Support in the management of the mortgage portfolio (renewals, updating files)

What do you bring? ##

• Banking CFC, Bachelor in finance or a title deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in the field of mortgage financing or real estate credit.
• Perfect mastery of regulatory standards and the local real estate market.
• Excellent presentation and ease in contacts with clients thanks to your natural interpersonal skills, your listening skills, and your empathy
• Good management of stress, deadlines, and priorities
• Manifest interest in teamwork while cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit
• Very good organizational skills in order to guarantee high quality standards
• French native language, English is an asset
