Waterproofer

The employer is looking for a:

Waterproofer (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation and treatment of surfaces to be waterproofed
• application of waterproofing systems based on resins and specific products
• execution of waterproofing on terraces, balconies, roofs, ramps, tanks and industrial surfaces
• preparation, mixing and dosing of resins, catalysts, primers and finishes
• application of primers, liquid membranes, leveling compounds and protective coatings
• execution of connections, upturns, joints and technical waterproofing details
• identification and repair of infiltrations and substrate defects
• preparation of the substrate by sanding, milling, shot blasting or other mechanical systems
• use of spatulas, rollers, trowels, sanders and other professional equipment
• control of thickness, adhesion and correct placement of materials
• ability to work on vertical, horizontal and inclined surfaces
• respect for the installation, drying and catalysis times of the products
• knowledge of safety procedures and correct use of PPE
• precision, good manual skills and attention to detail
• autonomy in managing the work and ability to work in a team
• care of the work area and correct management of materials and equipment
• ability to work independently and in a team

Requirements:

• with AFC certificate
• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• high motivation
• punctuality and reliability
• an independent, reliable and precise way of working
• good knowledge of Italian
• category B driving license
• with own vehicle
