As a Mechanical Technician (m/f/d) at our sterile production site in Stein, Canton Aargau, you will become part of our production team and contribute significantly to the reliable and compliant manufacture of sterile liquid and freeze-dried products. You can find our complete list of local benefits below: Benefits in Stein: https://bit.ly/42DlBDk Your tasks: Manufacture of sterile products (liquid and lyophilized vials) under GMP-compliant and aseptic conditions, including independent aseptic sampling; Assembly, disassembly, and qualification of filling and production equipment, including mechanical activities under cleanroom conditions; Ensuring technical monitoring of production equipment, process monitoring, support with troubleshooting, and acting as a specialist for complex topics at the filling line; Execution of mechanical tasks such as installation and de-installation of mobile equipment, loading and unloading of freeze-dryers, as well as conducting filter integrity tests; GMP-compliant documentation in MES, logbooks, and forms, including reporting of deviations and participation in root-cause analyses; Support for preventive maintenance, unplanned repairs, as well as participation in continuous improvement initiatives; Execution of microbiological environmental monitoring, in-process controls, as well as support in the onboarding of new team members. Your profile: Completed mechanical or technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics, building services engineering, polymechanics) or an equivalent qualification with strong technical understanding; Experience in sterile production as well as sound process understanding, e.g., in batch manufacturing, filling, or visual inspection; Ability to operate complex automated systems; Knowledge of MES and SAP is an advantage; Careful, reliable, and quality-oriented way of working combined with high initiative and teamwork skills; Willingness for flexible working hours, shift work, and participation in on-call service; Very good German skills; English skills are desirable; Strong awareness of GMP, EHS, and compliance requirements.
