Lüchinger + Schmid AG is building a new production site in Oberbuchsiten and offers the chance to help shape it from the beginning. In this position, you will accompany the site relocation and shape the establishment of a safe, efficient food production. An opportunity that does not come along every day! What you drive * You lead the production team of a total of around 35 employees. * You plan and control production and ensure efficient processes and high product quality. * You ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards. * You are responsible for quality assurance according to Swiss food legislation as well as IFS and ISO standards. * You promote a culture of continuous improvement with KVP, TPM, and Lean Management. * You accompany or are responsible for projects and support the further development of production processes. * You control relevant key figures and use them for performance management. * You keep an eye on the budget and operating costs and control the development of manufacturing, standard, and planned costs. What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: You have an EFZ vocational training, for example as a food technologist, cook, or butcher, or a qualification in food technology. * Professional experience: You have several years of professional and leadership experience in the food industry.
