Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will hold a varied and responsible position within our HR team. You will support and advise line managers as well as employees on all human resources-related issues and ensure global follow-up of the sectors assigned to you, throughout the entire employee lifecycle within the company.

• Ensure HR follow-up and advice for the various departments assigned to you, on all matters relating to human resources.
• Be the preferred interlocutor for line managers and employees throughout their journey within the company.
• Drive recruitment processes and support the various stages of the employee journey, from their integration to their departure, including their professional development.
• Guarantee rigorous, professional personnel administrative management within deadlines.
• Provide support to the Head of Human Resources.
• Actively participate in HR projects and internal initiatives.
• Support the person responsible for initial vocational training in all HR matters related to apprentices.

Your Profile

You are a communicative person, endowed with an excellent sense of service and strong interpersonal skills. You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, while demonstrating discretion and a great sense of responsibility.

Job Requirements

• Completed commercial training, supplemented by a federal diploma as a human resources specialist.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources, ideally in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge in personnel management, recruitment, and HR administration.
• Excellent command of common Microsoft Office IT tools.

Language Skills

• French mother tongue and excellent command of German, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English.
