SENIOR CNC POLYMECHANIC

JOB DESCRIPTION
Within our precision mechanics workshop, you will be responsible for the machining and programming on Fusion 360 of single parts and small series on 3 and 4-axis Brother machines. You will be expected to be proactive in the machining strategy.
MAIN MISSIONS

• Programming and machining of CNC parts (milling)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Optimization of machining sequences to improve productivity
• Quality control of machined parts and compliance with tolerances
• Preventive maintenance and first-level maintenance of machines

REQUIRED PROFILE
We are looking for a professional passionate about precision mechanics, capable of working autonomously and concerned with quality. You are rigorous, methodical, and have an eye for detail. Your motivation for machining single parts and small series is paramount.
REQUIRED SKILLS

• Confirmed mastery of CNC programming (milling)
• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in CNC machining
• Knowledge of 3 and 4-axis machines
• Mastery of CAM (Knowledge of Fusion 360 is a plus)
• Knowledge of ISO tolerances and precision measuring instruments
• Fluent reading of technical drawings
• Skills in preventive maintenance of machines
• Spirit of initiative and ability to solve problems
• Works autonomously

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Experience in manual programming and CNC simulation
• Knowledge of specific programming systems (FANUC)
• Experience in machining complex single parts
• Certification in mechanics or a related field
