Berne (and home office) \| 80-100% What you can contribute to • Design, implement and optimise, with a future perspective and in line with practice, the best practices, processes and instruments in the specialist field of Personnel and Organisational Development for the Defence group • Advise and support HR advisors and management in areas such as diversity, executive training, personnel evaluation, etc. • As a project manager, lead projects from conception to implementation • Participate in working groups at the DDPS and Confederation level and ensure internal and external networking with competent specialist services • Regularly intervene as a speaker and facilitator on specialist topics <br /> What makes you unique • University degree in psychology, business administration, social sciences or equivalent studies • Several years of professional experience in personnel and organisational development as well as project management • Communicative and humorous person, with a solution-oriented approach and a taste for novelty • Customer-oriented, able to conceptualise and think in an interdisciplinary manner; strong interest in workshops and training • Knowledge of a second official language and good mastery of digital HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors) are a plus <br /> In a few words Within our team, you will be responsible for the loyalty and development of Defence group employees.
